Our Procedure

Post surgical pain and immobility

We treat your foot and ankle pain as part of a comprehensive approach. We don’t just focus on the foot itself, but also examine the hip and lower body to identify all contributing factors. This ensures we address the root causes, not just the symptoms, to prevent recurring issues.

After a thorough assessment, we develop a customised treatment plan that combines hands-on therapies, exercises, advice, and education. Our effective treatments include shockwave therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and acupuncture. We also provide a personalised home exercise program to accelerate your recovery.

Additionally, we’ll assess whether you could benefit from orthotics  and discuss the available options to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible.
