Back pain is widespread, affecting up to 80% of people at some point in their lives. In the UK alone, nearly 10 million individuals suffer from lower back pain each year. It can be a frightening experience, especially when it strikes suddenly and with an intensity and discomfort that changes our daily routine.
Uncovering the cause of back pain, determining the appropriate treatment, and understanding how to find relief is often challenging. That’s where expert care can make all the difference. Here at Therapeutics, we see dozens of clients every month who struggle with severe, sudden-onset or gradually worsening back pain.
In most cases, back pain has no serious underlying cause. Most back pain resolves quickly with the right assessment, treatment plan, and support to restore activity and fitness.
