This is a question that we get asked a lot. Our experienced sports massage therapists offer deep tissue massage but they do not offer a diagnosis of what the problem is and is some cases sports massage could cause further damage to an acute injury. If you have an injury that is not settling or is acute then you would need to see one of our physiotherapists so they can get to the root of the problem with a diagnosis and a rehabilitation plan.
Yes. The initial assessment is 45 minutes long and includes a full assessment, diagnosis of the problem, treatment and advice going forward.

We expect payment at the end of each treatment session. We accept all major debit/credit cards other than AMEX. We no longer except cheque payments other than in exceptional circumstances.
