Team Therapeutics is working together for a great cause — raising funds and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK by taking part in a 25km walk around Windsor Great Park on Saturday 18 April 2026. Many of us have fathers, family members or clients affected by prostate cancer, and we see firsthand the impact it can have on men’s lives. That’s why we’re walking, and we’d love you to join us — whether that’s taking part or sponsoring our team.

Event details:

  • What: Windsor 50 Ultra Challenge — walk, jog or run to support prostate cancer research & care
  • When: Saturday, 18 April 2026
  • Where: Windsor Racecourse, Windsor & along the Thames Path and Great Park countryside
  • Distance 25 km
  • Start & finish: Windsor Racecourse

Why we’re walking — and how physios support men affected by Prostate Cancer

As physios and wellbeing professionals, we support men every day through their recovery journeys. Prostate cancer and its treatments can affect strength, function and quality of life — and here’s how physiotherapy helps:

  • Pelvic floor rehabilitation to improve continence and core support
  • Strength training to rebuild muscle lost through surgery, radiation or inactivity
  • Functional mobility exercises to get men moving confidently again
  • Post-surgery recovery support to reduce pain and speed return to daily activity
  • Education & self-management tools to help long-term recovery and wellbeing

We see the real difference this support can make
